By using Hypnoz ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Hypnoz is a SaaS platform that generates viral hypnotic videos based on original physics simulations for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms. The Service provides customizable simulation videos created by Hypnoz. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone accessing the Service. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Hypnoz. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Hypnoz provides original simulation videos generated by our platform. It is solely your responsibility to ensure that the use of this content complies with the terms and guidelines of platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and others, including monetization requirements.
The simulation videos generated by Hypnoz are the intellectual property of Hypnoz. By subscribing, you obtain a usage license to publish and monetize these videos on platforms of your choice during your subscription period.
Videos generated by Hypnoz can be used for your commercial purposes (monetization on TikTok, YouTube, etc.) during your active subscription period. You may not resell, redistribute, or transfer the videos to third parties as raw content.
All simulation videos provided by Hypnoz are original creations generated by our platform. Hypnoz retains all intellectual property rights to these videos. Your subscription grants you a commercial use license to publish and monetize this content.
During your active subscription period, you have a non-exclusive license to use, publish, and monetize the generated videos. This license terminates upon expiration or cancellation of your subscription, though already published videos may remain online.
You agree not to use Hypnoz to create content that:
You also agree not to misuse the Service in ways that violate the terms of other platforms (such as TikTok, YouTube), especially those related to monetization or content policies.
Hypnoz is not responsible for:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hypnoz, its team, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, including any copyright disputes or violations of third-party terms of service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
Hypnoz operates on a subscription model. By subscribing, you agree to the fees listed on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled, and no partial refunds are provided.
Refunds are not generally provided unless a technical issue directly caused by Hypnoz prevents content creation. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable once a video has been generated. You may cancel anytime through your account dashboard; your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Hypnoz reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. Upon termination, you lose access to all content and Service features.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the UAE.
Hypnoz reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
